Cancellation and refunds

This policy explains refunds and cancellations for credits bought on Timegravity, operated by Timegravity Labs Private Limited. It should be read with our Terms and conditions. Refunds are always made to the original payment method. We do not pay refunds in cash, to another payment method, or as credits to another account.

1. Unused purchased credits: 7-day refund

If you change your mind, you can request a refund of unused purchased credits within 7 days of the purchase. The refund is made to the original payment method, for the value of the credits that are still unused at the time of the request. After 7 days, or once the credits are used, they are not refundable.

2. Used and free-tier credits

Credits that have already been used are not refundable. Free credits, and any promotional credits, have no cash value and are not refundable.

3. Our-fault failures are recredited automatically

If a generation fails on our side, the credits for that action are credited back to your balance automatically. You do not need to ask, and this is not a cash refund; it is a return of the credits so you can try again.

4. No cash-out

Credits are prepaid fees for the Service. They are not money and cannot be redeemed for cash, transferred, or exchanged, except as set out in the 7-day refund above.

5. Cancellation

A credit pack is a single purchase with nothing to cancel: it does not renew. We sell no subscriptions, so there is nothing that could charge you again.

6. How to request a refund, and how long it takes

Email contact@timegravity.ai from your account email address, with your purchase reference. We acknowledge requests within 24 hours. For a valid request we start the refund within 2 working days, and it reaches your original payment method in 5 to 7 working days, depending on your bank. For any dispute, contact us first and we will work to resolve it.

7. Consulting and custom model development

AI consulting and custom model development are billed by invoice and are not bought on this website. Cancellation and refunds for that work are governed by the engagement agreement signed for it, not by this policy.

8. Products that have not launched

Coder, model fine-tuning, paid AI certifications and Shield are not on sale. When each one launches, this page gets its own section, with what is refundable and within what window, before anything can be bought.
